Menu Monday: Air India

Printed in Bombay, India this little green gem is a classy in flight menu for Air India circa 1968. Mari and Poppop were on Flight 112 and one of them was in seat 3E. They received the Maharajah Service which included a choice of

Seafood cocktail, Chicken curry, rice pilau, and a green salad or Tournedos Rossini, Duchess potatoes, and a green salad. Followed by Pears Joinville, a cheese plate and coffee, tea, cognac, or select liqueurs or champagne.

"Under international rules we are required to charge Economy class passengers for the wines and alcoholic beverages." Well, that hasn't changed.
