Last year we talked about a weekend retreat for the Buttermilk Bakery Gang. Well, I think I found our Shangri-La. September 29-30. A Saturday night stay. It was so relaxing, one night felt like a week away.
Let's extend the Buttermilk conversation and chill out at the Hotel Palms for a night (or two if you like).
Here are just a few things the Hotel Palms has to offer:
Customizable Unlikely Local itineraries
Free beach cruiser and foam board rentals
Local coffee brewed fresh each morning in the lounge
Malin + Goetz toiletries
Local craft beers available each evening in the lounge.
The Hotel Palms is a modern, beachside motor court hotel established in 1947. Three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and walking distance to shops and restaurants of Town Center. Average rates start at $149 for a double queen room.
The place has been renovated in a modern style that is cool and unique. Check out my photos.
How to reserve your spot:
Call or contact the Hotel Palms and mention my name to reserve your room. We have a block of five reserved. Most of them are double queens so sharing is suggested. Use a credit/debit card to hold the room you want. It won't get charged until you arrive.
There are 11 rooms total so if more get booked that's great! Rates start at $149, so sharing makes it affordable and fun.
If you need to cancel, you can do that up to 24 hours in advance.
